Poached salmon served in a white wine cream lobster bisque sauce with prawns

Chicken breast filled with ham, spinach and mozzarella cheese, oven roasted served with a creamy garlic mushroom sauce

Roast lamb shank served on a bed of root mash, with a mint onion gravy 

Vegetable pancake, baked in the oven in a cream sauce topped with cheese

Roast loin of pork served with apple fritter, stuffing, crackling, Yorkshire pudding and gravy
